Purpose

The verification program helps ensure discounted tickets reach eligible individuals.

Documentation

Applicants may be required to submit:

• Identification

• Selfies

• Proof of residency

• Proof of income

• Other supporting documentation

Review Process

Applications are reviewed using internal procedures.

Submission does not guarantee approval.

Revocation

Approval may be revoked if:

• False information is discovered.

• Documents are altered.

• Eligibility no longer exists.

• Program abuse occurs.

Appeals

SeatIDLive may, but is not required to, provide reconsideration opportunities.

Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent submissions may result in:

• Account termination

• Ticket cancellation

• Permanent platform restrictions
