SeatIDLive Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeatIDLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SeatIDLive provides a platform that helps connect eligible users with discounted access to live events, experiences, and entertainment opportunities through partnerships with sponsors, venues, promoters, nonprofits, and other organizations.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where permitted by law.

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Maintain only one active account.

  • Comply with all applicable laws.

4. Verification

SeatIDLive may require identity, residency, income, or other eligibility verification.

SeatIDLive may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke eligibility at its sole discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Tickets

Tickets obtained through SeatIDLive:

  • Are subject to availability.

  • May have eligibility restrictions.

  • May not be resold.

  • May not be transferred.

  • May not be exchanged unless specifically permitted.

SeatIDLive may cancel tickets obtained through fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false information.

  • Use fraudulent documents.

  • Create multiple accounts.

  • Circumvent eligibility requirements.

  • Interfere with platform operations.

7. Sponsorship Programs

Discounted tickets may be funded by sponsors, donors, foundations, nonprofit organizations, venues, promoters, or SeatIDLive itself.

Sponsors do not determine individual user approval decisions.

8. Venue Authority

Event venues and organizers maintain final authority over admission and conduct policies.

Possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission if venue rules are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

SeatIDLive is not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations.

  • Event schedule changes.

  • Venue decisions.

  • Third-party platform failures.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

10. Account Suspension

SeatIDLive may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes

SeatIDLive may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
